Question : Watchguard system Manager is unable to connect to Watchguard firebox x750
I am trying to connect to the Firebox in our office through WSM but I am unable to connect as of yesterday. I was trying to add it to the devices list in device management but was not having any luck.

Ok here is the solution but I’ll give you credit for everything that should have been checked prior. In the process of solving a different problem with the firebox we created this problem. We have been unable to add the device to our Management Server and so in troubleshooting we changed the IP address of the WG-Firebox-Management policy. I changed it back this evening and that worked. Anyway I will close this ticket but if you have any feedback on what may not allow us to connect our watchguard to the firebox I would greatly appreciate it. The message I receive is that it cannot find the host and reverts back to the screen for entering a new ip address. Thanks!
