Google+ Manager is a Firefox add-on which enables managing all Google Plus features from a single drop down menu and adds hotkey support to perform Google+ tasks. It adds an extra button next to your name on the Google Black Bar, (located on top of your Google+ account), which provides single click access to your Profile, Home Page, Photos and Albums, Incoming shared posts from people outside your Circles, Google Plus Settings and a URL Shortener.
Google+ manager provides a number of keyboard short keys to help you navigate through Google+ with ease. The available hotkeys include:
Navigation Shortcuts
- g + h = Home
- g + p = Profile
- i + i = Options
- i + p = Phone Photos
- i + m takes you to Photos of Me
- i + a takes you to My Photo Albums
- g + i takes you to Incoming posts shared with you by people who aren’t in your circles
- g + n takes you to Notifications

- e + e = Edit Settings

- e + a : Edit Linked Accounts
