Passwords saved in the Chrome browse can become a security loophole, as anyone with access to your computer can view them. In this post I will tell you how you can view and removed saved passwords in Chrome. This guide can also be useful for retrieving forgotten passwords from your Firefox browser.
First of all, click the Control button next to address bar and select Options.
From the Personal Stuff tab, select Manage Saved Passwords.
This will display all saved passwords, usernames to the associated websites. Select an account and click Show to unencrypt the password. The saved passwords can be removed by clicking on the “x” option next to each saved password.
Unfortunately, many users are not even aware of this section of Firefox, which makes them even more vulnerable to password retrieval by someone else or a malicious application. It is advised that you should not save passwords within Chrome, unless you are certain that they can be saved from being compromised.
