Run Android Applications And Games On Windows With BlueStacks

BlueStacks is a free software that runs Android games and applications on Windows. It is basically a gadget that provides the option to download applications online and also to transfer them from your Android device to your PC (for running them on Windows). During testing the Android applications and games worked smoothly on my Windows 7 laptop. BlueStacks is likely to be released with a Mac version in the near future. For now it is in early development stage and provides the following features:

  • You can seamlessly Play Android applications, including support for full-screen mode.
  • You can Push your favorite applications from your Android phone to your PC using BlueStacks Cloud Connect.
  • You can install up to 26 favorite apps in addition to the 10 pre-installed ones (with a total of 36 applications).

All you have to do is to download and install the BlueStacks gadget. It comes with 10 pre-installed apps. Just double click on an application or game to launch it from BlueStacks gadget.

Once the application or game is launched, you can start using/playing it on your Windows operating system.
