Back in the day it would have been quite difficult to create HD slideshows and one even might have required to hire a professional to get the job done. However, thanks to free applications available for the Windows platform, this can now easily be done even by novice users. Bolide Free Slideshow Creator is a free software that allows creating High Definition slideshows with transition effects, audio, and images.
With Bolide Free Slideshow Creator, you can create slideshows by adding photos (JPG, JPEG, BMP, ICO, EMF and WMF), comments, background music and transition effects. You can add images from the Photos section and use the Audio Files tab to insert audio files. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop audio files at the bottom pane.
To add transition effects between frames, head over to the Transitions tab. This application provides a large range of powerful effects that can be added between selected images to create a video slideshow with a professional outlook. The available transition effects include, wipe (left to right, right to left, top to bottom or bottom to top), cross fade, fade out then in slide from top left, slide from bottom left, slide from bottom right, slide from top right, push left to right, push right to left, slide out right to left, slide out left to right, wipe into center, expand out from center and many more.
When adding images, you can either add pictures individually via Add to movie (+) option, or from the adjacent button (Add all photos to movie option). The latter randomly adds images to the video slideshow. After your project is complete, you can save it in the application’s native (SSP) format. To create a video from your project click Make Video File. This will convert the slideshow to video format. You can create your videos slideshow in AVI, WMV and MKV format. Before beginning the video creation process you can also select the destination folder, name of the video slideshow, video format and quality (Best, Good or Poor).
Once the slideshow has been converted to video format, you can view it in any media player. As mentioned earlier you can create HD video slideshows with Bolide Free Slideshow Creator.
