Another BitLife weekly challenge has arrived, and this time it’s called the Massive Gains Challenge. Here’s what you need to know to complete it.

The following are the tasks you must complete in order to complete this challenge:
Before you begin, keep in mind that you will need to purchase the Landlord expansion pack in order to participate. While this pack is not required for becoming a real estate agent, it is required for upgrading and adding home amenities. Even if you complete the first three tasks without purchasing the expansion, you will need to do so to complete the remaining two.
Be born a female in Kansas & Become a real estate agent
After you buy the Landlord expansion and start the challenge for the first time, create a female character who was born in the United States. If you choose Kansas City as your starting point, the task won’t finish itself, and you’ll have to make a new character. Choose Wichita instead, which is also in this state.
Also, as your character ages, avoid entering into romantic relationships unless you intend to leave the person later. There will be more on this later.
From here, wait until your character reaches the age of 18 and graduates from high school before looking at the list of full-time jobs. Look for a real estate agent position and apply for it to become a real estate agent. If you don’t see it right away, restart the BitLife app until you do.
Marry a real estate agent
Remember when I said not to romance anyone? Now you have complete freedom to do so! To complete the challenge, your romantic partner must be a coworker once you become a real estate agent. Enter the occupation menu, look for a coworker, and see if they are single. If so, make friends with them and ask them out! After some time, pop the big question and propose marriage!
Upgrade run-down properties & Sell fully-upgraded futuristic homes
You could do the first three tasks without the Landlord pack until this point. From now on, you will need this expansion to add new features to your homes. When you buy a house, you will have a variety of options, such as a cocktail bar, a fire pit, or a hot tub. Purchase five low-quality homes and add amenities to complete the fourth task.
You’ll also want to buy three futuristic homes and outfit them with every amenity possible. This is an expensive project, with each house costing millions of dollars and the upgrades costing even more. Make sure you save enough money for this before selling all three and completing the final task.
