LoL Patch Notes 12.14 : Release Date, maintenance time .
Riot Games has confirmed that the NA servers will be offline at 3am PT and will be down for maintenance until 6am PT. No set time has been confirmed for the LoL 12.14 release, so fans will need to stay tuned for the latest news via social media platforms.
The LoL 12.14 maintenance schedule is always revealed closer to launch. Usually, it takes about 3 hours for patches to be deployed across different regions.

LoL Patch Notes 12.14 : 6 new Star Guardian Skins and price
A total of six champions will get Star Guardian skins. Riot had previously revealed the T aliyah skin to announce that proceeds from this skin would go to the Riot Games Social Impact Fund, but the other skins revealed new artwork :
