The answer is yes . Ubisoft has confirmed the above on their news website. The game launches on May 25 for Xbox One and Series X/S, PS4 and PS5, as well as PC via Ubisoft Connect.
It is planned for Nintendo Switch at a later date, along with the Google Stadia, Epic Games store, and Amazon Luna. No mention of Steam.

How Cross Platform Multiplayer Works ?
All you need to do is log in to the game with the same Ubisoft Connect account and all your progress will carry over. When it comes to playing with friends on other platforms, all you need to do is add them in Ubisoft Connect and invite them through the in-game menu.
