Problem : “This view is being updated….” ?
When I open a database I haven’t opened since a fixup was run on it I receive the following message on a particular view:
“This view is being updated. It will display as soon as the update completes. You can continue working with other Notes windows while the view is updating.”
This view will display around 40K to 50K documents. I thought a fixup would fix this issue ? Is there an admin task that can be run to upate the views without the client doing it ?

Fixup repairs views, but the command to update the index is called ‘updall’.
