Problem : Error while archiving folder “IPM_SUBTREE”
Hi ,
I have a workstation that gets the following error when autoarchiving,
Error while archiving folder “IPM_SUBTREE” in store “Mailbox – John Smith”. You are attempting to archive data to a Microsoft Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.PST) which is a non-Unicode data file. To preserve multiligual data, you must choose a Unicode data file such as Microsoft Office Outlook Personal Folders File(.PST).
Can anyone help me fix this?

Hello ,
The file that you are archiving too is a older office personal file. Try creating a new archive folder and select Outlook Personal Folders File(.PST) for the file type. Then set archive to use the new data file.
