QManga, is a portable comic reader, which is specially designed to read manga and other comic formats. It can also read comics from a number of image formats and compressed archives. The supported formats include the following:

PNG, GIF and JPG

ZIP and RAR
You can assign custom hotkeys or simply use mouse buttons to scroll through comic book pages easily.
After launching QManga, select a comic file (from the drop down menus above) and start reading your favorite comics. To switch page, use mouse clicks or assign hotkeys.
To change the hotkeys and other settings, go to Options from the Edit drop down menu. You can change mouse scroll sensitivity, viewing mode (single or dual page), enable full screen mode and a lot more from the Interface tab.
The Hotkeys tab allows adding hotkeys for switching between pages.
Similarly, the Mouse tab which allows assigning or changing mouse click and wheel roles.
