Problem : Event ID 140 “Report Server Windows Service (MYSQLSERVER)”
On my 2003 Server I am getting this event ID every time I reboot. I am not able to find much information about it on google. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

You could add a dependancy onto the SQL Reporting service of the SQL Server Service. Instruction on how to add a dependancy here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/193888
