S Tier – Bloodhound
Overall, Bloodhound is the most popular Apex Legends Legend among the majority of players. This is because he provides invaluable information to their team via their powerful and user-friendly kit. Although his abilities do not deal damage, his tracking abilities are unparalleled, and if you do not have a Bloodhound on your squad, you are at a disadvantage.
Bloodhound hasn’t seen any major changes in a few seasons, but despite being at the top of the heap, he remains well-balanced. When it comes to team composition and scouting out enemies, he is still as strong as ever.
A Tier – Wraith
Wraith is a unique character that masters of the game enjoy using. She has the ability to create portals, dodge attacks, and become invisible. This makes Wraith extremely difficult to defeat if someone knows how to properly use her abilities.
Wraith remains at the top of the Apex realm, and was improved even further in Season 9 with the removal of Low Profile. This means she will no longer take 5% more bullet damage. In Season 16, her portal’s range was doubled, and you moved faster when using it, making it an excellent addition to her already powerful arsenal.
B Tier – Wattson
Wattson excels as a team Legend and, in the right hands, can be extremely dangerous. Her Ultimate ability destroys enemy throwables and allows a squad to maintain a position.
Big changes in the Season 11 update allowed Wattson to return to the B-tier, and players who have mained Wattson for a long time will know exactly how to get the most out of her abilities.If you’ve never played Wattson before, it may take some time to get ‘good’ with her abilities, such as knowing when and where to place fences and when to use your ultimate. Wattson can become an important team player with practice.
C Tier – Rampart
Rampart wasn’t all that great when she first debuted in Apex Legends, but significant buffs from previous seasons made her at least somewhat viable, if only for her ultimate ability. Her tactical ability to set up portable cover can be time-consuming, but it can be a lifesaver when no other cover is available. Her passive ability to reload LMGs more quickly can make or break a fight.
Unfortunately, Rampart’s abilities are still too situational to escape this tier, as there are other Legends to pick first unless you prefer a defensive, static playstyle.
