To acquire Gortash’s Netherstone, you must first defeat Gortash, who resides within the Wyrm’s Rock Fortress in Baldur’s Gate 3. To reach Gortash, you need to enter Baldur’s Gate and locate the entrance to the Wyrm’s Rock Fortress.
Once you find the entrance, keep in mind that the fortress is initially locked. Look for a hidden pathway along the fortress. Access this path by jumping from the wooden balcony along Wyrm’s Crossing. Proceed to the crack in the wall on your right, leading to the dilapidated wall. Use a blunt weapon to break the wall and defeat the prison guard inside to obtain a key. This key opens the Prison Entrance Door.
