How to Complete the Patient Zero Challenge in BitLife
To completet the Patient Zero Challenge in BitLife, you have to do all of the following mini-tasks:
Being a Male Born in Florida
To begin, you can either use an existing character or create a new one. For the latter, make sure to select male as your gender, the US as your starting country, and a location such as Miami, Orlando, or Tampa. Because you cannot select specific states, you can select a city within the state instead. It is up to you to choose which of these three works best for you!
Becoming a Roadkill Remover
There is no educational requirement to become a Roadkill Remover. After graduating from high school, go to the Jobs section and look for a job called Roadkill Remover (Small Business) with the Skull icon next to the title. If you don’t see it right away, age up or close the app and reopen it. Once you’ve found it, apply for it and pass the interview to complete the second task.
Marrying a Doctor
You can save this for last because two tasks in this challenge require you to obtain STDs and other diseases. If you postpone it, you can freely interact with strangers and pick up diseases in order to complete the other tasks before tackling this one. It is entirely up to you, but if this is your final one, it will result in less conflict between you and your spouse.
After your character reaches adulthood, you can begin dating and marrying. There are two approaches to this:
- Age up your character until they reach the age of 18 and begin dating via a dating app. Go to Activities, then Love, then Date. Potential suitors and their profiles, including their names, ages, and occupations, can be found here. You should look for someone who is a doctor in terms of occupation! To complete the task, date this person, keep your relationship stats high, and marry them.
- Another option is to wait until your character is in their mid to late twenties, or even a little older, before starting to date. This option allows you to avoid the $100 dating app fee while also providing an alternative method of finding a partner. Just like before, you can go into Activities and Love again before selecting Date.
Suffering and Recovering From Diseases
Picking up three STDs and at least two other diseases is the most difficult part of this challenge. You must also recover from the STDs. Ideally, you’ll want to catch all of these diseases as soon as possible so that your character’s health doesn’t deteriorate too quickly.
One method is to return to the love category and select Hook Up. From here, have an unprotected night with multiple NPCs. There is a chance that you will contract an STD as a result of this. Continue until you have three!
There are a few options for dealing with the other two diseases. Going to the gym is a great way to pick up conditions like Athlete’s Foot, but there is an even easier way. To pick up some diseases right away, enter Assets, create a social media account, and select Troll. Choose BitLifeApp and troll them to suffer from a random condition instantly. Repeat this until you suffer from at least five at once!
