You can either kill Katya or accept a bribe from her. If you accepted Katya’s bribe, you’ll be able to find her stash in the follow-up quest Money for Nothing.
Here are the exact steps on how to find it:
Step 1: Go to the search area
The quest will lead you to a search area located underneath a parking garage where homeless people often gather. When you approach the quest marker, a yellow box will appear on your map, indicating the defined search area. Remember, you won’t find Katya’s Stash outside of this area.
Step 2: Find the dumpster
Head towards the center of the yellow box. Look for a dumpster positioned in front of a blue van. Move to the side of the dumpster that is next to a column. As you get closer, you will see the option to interact with it and move it.
Step 3: Move the dumpster
Select the option to move the dumpster. Your character will push it aside, revealing a hidden box in the ground.
Step 4: Loot the stash
Once the hidden box is revealed, interact with it to open the top. Inside, you’ll find eddies (in-game currency), apparel items, and an iconic weapon for you to loot.
With the stash looted, the “Money for Nothing” quest will be completed. It’s important to note that this is likely your last interaction with Katya, and she will not contact you again.
