The Hawlucha Pokemon GO debuted on March 1 and is currently only available in Mexico. That means that if you’re not in Mexico, you won’t be able to catch Hawlucha in Pokemon GO for the time being. If you’re in another country, such as the US or the UK, and want to get Hawlucha in Pokemon GO, you’ll have to either go to Mexico yourself or find a friend there who will trade one with you.
It’s very likely that a global Hawlucha Pokemon GO release will happen in the future, as has happened with regional exclusives in the past. Meanwhile, we’ll just have to wait.
Can Hawlucha be Shiny ?
Unfortunately, there is no Shiny Hawlucha in the game at this time. Rarely does Niantic release a new Pokemon alongside its Shiny variant, as they are typically reserved for a special event with a theme that corresponds to the Pokemon to build anticipation for its arrival.
