How to Play Ogre Oustin in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet The Teal Mask DLC
To participate in the Ogre Oustin balloon mini-game, you’ll need to reach Kitakami Hall and approach the Ogre Oustin booth. This booth is a conspicuous red building with an NPC proudly donning an Ogerpon mask at the counter. Simply interact with the NPC to initiate the mini-game.
The objective is to travel on your trusty Pokemount, popping balloons to collect berries and then deposit them in the four stands to score points. Each balloon color represents a different type of berry, and there’s a limit to how many berries you can carry. It’s crucial to complete this task before the timer runs out to finish a round successfully.
Additionally, you must protect your berry stands from pesky intruders like Munchlax, Skoovet, and Greedent. Press the (R) button near them to scare them away. If these Pokemon reach the stands, you’ll lose the points you’ve collected.
Rewards
When speaking to the NPC, you can choose from three difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, and Hard. Each level consists of multiple rounds that must be completed to unlock the next difficulty level. Once you’ve conquered all three levels, you’ll gain access to every reward.
