- Effect: The Movement SPD of Rising Waters’ bubble decreases by 30%, and its duration increases by 3 seconds.
- Description: Currently, this is the strongest Constellation for the Hydro Traveler. It enhances Rising Waters by slowing down the bubble, allowing it to hit enemies multiple times along its path. With the increased duration of 7 seconds, it can deliver at least 14 hits (one hit every 0.5 seconds).
C3 – Turbulent Ripples
- Effect: The Traveler’s Elemental Skill, Aquacrest Saber, gains 3 Talent Levels, increasing its maximum upgrade level to 15.
- Description: This Constellation boosts the power of Aquacrest Saber by raising its maximum upgrade level. It allows the Traveler to deal more damage with their Elemental Skill.

- Effect: When using Aquacrest Saber, the Traveler creates an Aquacrest Aegis that can absorb 10% of the Traveler’s Max HP in DMG. The Aegis also absorbs Hydro DMG with 250% effectiveness.
- Description: With this Constellation, the Traveler gains defensive capabilities through the Aquacrest Aegis. The Aegis absorbs a portion of the Traveler’s Max HP as damage and provides effective protection against Hydro DMG. The Aegis remains active until the Traveler finishes using the Skill.

- Effect: The Traveler’s Elemental Burst, Rising Waters, gains 3 Talent Levels, increasing its maximum upgrade level to 15.
