How to Acquire O-Powers in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire
O-Powers are acquired automatically and progressively by speaking with NPCs in Mauville City’s Pokemon Center. Each NPC will share a story or song and reward you with a new O-Power. However, they must be unlocked in sequence by obtaining certain gym badges first.
Each O-Power comes in levels, and using them frequently strengthens their potency, making players more formidable with every activation.
