Bitlife: How to Complete the BitLife Tell-Tale Heart Challenge
To complete the Tell-Tale Heart Challenge, you must achieve the following five objectives:

1. Be Born a Male in Tennessee
- Start a custom life, selecting Male as your gender.
- Choose the United States as your country.
- Set your birthplace to Nashville, Tennessee.
- If you have the Crime Special Talent available, it can be beneficial for later tasks.
2. Become a Nurse
- Maintain high Smarts throughout your childhood by studying hard and engaging in educational activities.
- Under Activities > Mind & Body, read books, attend Space Camp, and visit the Public Library.
- After graduating from high school, proceed to university and select Nursing as your major. If it’s not available, choose “Never Mind” and keep trying until it appears.
- Upon obtaining a Nursing Degree, enroll in Nursing School through Jobs > Education > Nursing School.
- Complete the two-year program, and you can apply for a scholarship if needed.
- Start your nursing career through available job opportunities.
3. Murder Someone 60+ Years Old:
- Choose a target you know in the Relationships section.
- Navigate to Activities > Crime > Murder and select your target.
- If the target’s name doesn’t appear, exit the Murder window and reopen it to refresh the list.
- You can use various methods, but aggressive ones like Drive-By are more likely to succeed.
- It’s advisable to wait until you become a nurse and overcome an alcohol addiction to fulfill this task, as you can combine it with the next step.
4. Overcome an Alcohol Addiction:
Before overcoming an addiction, you need to develop one:
- Go clubbing under the “Activities” tab and accept the prompt to drink.
- Repeat this step until you receive the prompt indicating you are addicted to alcohol.
- Navigate to “Activities” > “Rehab” and choose an option to seek help. Luxury Rehab often works effectively. If your choice doesn’t work, keep trying different rehab options and attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings until you successfully overcome the addiction.
5. Plead Guilty to a Murder You Committed:
For this final task, it’s best to combine it with Task 3 (murder):
- After committing the murder, there’s a chance you’ll be arrested. Cooperate with the police, select your legal representative, and accept the guilty plea offered.
- If you’re not caught after the initial murder, you’ll need to commit additional murders until you are arrested. Specific targets are not necessary for these additional murders.
- Once you choose to plead guilty, the challenge will be completed successfully.
