Initially, she may not be willing to talk to you. You’ll need to be patient and wait for up to 24 in-game hours. Return the following day, and she’ll open up about the recent incident involving her husband.
The Husband’s Tragic Fall
Katherine’s husband suffered a fatal fall from the upper floors of Neon City into the abyss of the ocean. The authorities ruled it an accident, but Katherine believes foul play was involved. Your mission is to uncover the truth.
Talk to Tevin Anastas
Your first lead is Tevin Anastas, the sole witness to the incident. You’ll find him at The Emporium in Neon Core. To extract information from him, you can either use your persuasion skills or offer him 1,000 credits. Eventually, he’ll reveal crucial details and point you toward a man known as “Russell” or “Rusty.”
Rusty’s Revelation
Head to Ebbside to track down Rusty. He’s a beggar and thug who knows more about Katherine’s husband’s death. Approach him, and he’ll confess to his involvement.
