Problem : the server’s domino directory does not contain any cross certificates capable of authenticating you
When i want to connect a different server with my Lotus Notes Client i get an error message,
“the server’s domino directory does not contain any cross certificates capable of authenticating you”
I need to access a database on the server with permission by other system administrator.

You need a cross certificate.
There are several ways to create one. One way is, to create a safe.id for your user id in the security settings (File/Security/user security). Safe this safe-id , and then mail this id to the other system administrator with the question to crosscertify.
After he has done this, you will be able to access the other server.
