Atomic Heart review embargo date

The review embargo for Atomic Heart is set for February 20 at 18:30 IST, which is 05:00 PST, 08:00 EDT, and 13:00 GMT on the same day. PLAION DACH, a German platform, also states that content creators on YouTube and Twitch can begin showing off the game on February 20th at 14:00 CET.

If you’re on console, whether that be Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, or PS4, the release date is simply 00:01, February 21 across all time zones.

6-hour cutscene rumor

There is a rumor that there is a six-hour cutscene between the protagonist and a robot ballerina in Atomic Heart. The origin of this wild rumor is allegedly IGN. There are no such articles or blog posts on IGN, but LapisGoBlue’s YouTube channel displays screenshots of alleged headlines.

The developers are said to have confirmed the 6-hour cutscene and then confirmed that it was “cancelled.” LapisGoBlue says that the IGN articles about the cutscene can’t be found anywhere online, so it’s possible that the first reports were wrong or that the whole thing was made up.

Atomic Heart will be available on PS4, PS5, and PC via Steam on February 21st, alongside Xbox Game Pass for Xbox One and Series X/S.
