What is the No Loss glitch in FIFA 22?

The No Loss glitch in FIFA 22 allowed FUT Champions players to bypass defeats with ease, essentially rage quitting and tricking the system into thinking there was a connection issue of some sort.

The way it worked caused players to go back to the home screen of their respective consoles and wait 30 seconds to be kicked out of the game for inactivity, with Ultimate Team charging them without their loss being recorded.

With this, players could reach the highest levels of FUT Champions without a problem, with many players harshly criticizing EA for its quick lack of response, allowing the glitch to remain active for more than two weeks.
