An effective team
You do not need four level 90 characters to enter this domain. What you need is commitment to four well-developed characters. That means giving them a good Artifact Set that displays the talents you built them with, Talent levels that you didn’t skimp on, going as far as tackling World Bosses to advance to higher tiers, and, most importantly, knowledge of the domain you’re going into as well as basic game mechanics.
Artifacts
Having the right set on a character can drastically change the damage potential of your party. Nowadays, Genshin is constantly releasing more specific artifacts, but even a combination of Attack-Boosting Artifacts and Elemental-Boosting Artifacts can get you quite far. When you complete missions, you will receive a variety of artifacts from your Adventurer’s Journal and individual Adventure Ranks Rewards, including Dendro Artifacts.
However, as one of the final tiers, it is advised to find some good Gold Piece Artifacts. It’s not an easy task, but even having one Gold Artifact leveled can mean the difference between a four-star piece and a five-star piece. It doesn’t have to have perfect stats, but as long as one or two are leveled average, you have a well-built artifact set.
Knowledge of Elemental Reactions
You’ll be able to quickly dispatch most of the enemies within the domain if you know what types of additional damage you can do by mixing and matching your Elemental Types of characters.
Talent Levels
It’s not easy to gather the materials needed to advance in Talent levels, but doing so has far-reaching benefits. It can increase the character’s Normal Attack damage, as well as the percentage of damage dealt by the character’s Elemental Skill and Burst. While obtaining all of the books and enemy drops can be time-consuming, it is worthwhile in tackling even the World Boss for their materials in order to deal even more damage by simply activating your Elemental Skill!
Of course, each character will have a unique specialty, so how do you decide which Talent Branch to use to direct your limited resources? In some cases, it is determined by how your character was built in the first place. Otherwise, when you select the Level-Up option, you can look at the list of Talent Branches to Level. This option can be found in the upper right-hand corner, and it will list which Talent Branches to level for the basic standard of each character build!
Knowing Your Opponents
The last thing to remember are the domain’s main threats, your shielded opponents. If you want to increase the difficulty, bring in a full Electro team, but ironically, a full team of Anemo or Geo, as long as they are well built, can easily handle all of the enemies in the Domain. It’s just a matter of planning around each of them, taking a good hard look at your characters, and building them to maximize their potential as much as you can. Then the goal of Adventure Level 60 is yours.
