Destiny 2 Guide – How to complete the Final Dawn Quest

Final Dawn Quest Destiny 2

The end of Destiny 2 Season of the Seraph is around the corner, and you only have two weeks to complete the Final Dawn Quest.

How to complete the Final Dawn Quest in Destiny 2

When you start the game, you’ll be transported to the H.E.L.M. Talk to Ana and Rasputin about what’s going on, and they’ll explain the situation to you. When they’re finished talking, speak with Rasputin to obtain the Final Dawn quest.

The Final Dawn is a legendary difficulty quest, so prepare as much as you can. Arbalest is an excellent weapon to employ. You will face a slew of enemies throughout the mission, so make sure to summon the Exo heavy frames after the first boss battle to even out the fight. These massive allies will completely destroy the hordes of enemies in front of you, making this much easier if you’re a solo user.

Once you get to the boss room, you have to fight off the Hive invaders and kill the Brood Queen. This battle isn’t too hard, but it’s easy to feel like you can’t handle it. Make sure you’re wearing a solar weapon so you can fight Hive Wizards when they appear. After you beat the boss, a cutscene will start. This is one you should not skip or ignore. It’s likely one of the best and most important cinematics we’ve had since the Witch Queen came out.

I’d say it’s probably going to be fine, but that would be lying. After you’ve recovered from the shock of the cutscene, you’ll be thrown into the Tower. It’s now just a matter of talking to various vendors about their reactions to what just happened. You will receive an Ascendant Shard and the Spirit of the Warmind ship after speaking with the Exo Frame in the H.E.L.M.

That’s it! Now all you have to do is wait for that massive, story-defining moment to continue when Lightfall is released on February 28th.
