New Relic Sets
Relics are crucial for optimizing your characters’ stats in Honkai: Star Rail. This leak hints at two new Relic sets with exciting effects:
- Relic Set 1 (Details TBA): The two-piece bonus remains under wraps, but the four-piece set rewards high Break Effect characters with a significant boost in Critical DMG.
- Relic Set 2 (Details TBA): Similar to the first set, information on the two-piece bonus is unavailable. However, the four-piece set focuses on amplifying overall damage. The wearer gains stacks of “Boost” after using their Ultimate or before a follow-up attack, increasing all their damage dealt. These stacks can reach a maximum of two and disappear at the end of the wearer’s turn.
Light Cone Windfall
Light Cones are another vital equipment type that grant unique character-specific buffs. The leak brings news of six new Light Cones, each potentially catering to different playstyles:
- Limited 5-star (Possible for Boothil): This Light Cone enhances both Break Effect and Critical Rate before unleashing the wearer’s Ultimate.
- Limited 5-star (Possible for Robin):* This Robin-centric Light Cone focuses on support and energy management. Every time an ally is attacked, the wearer gains a stackable Energy Regeneration Rate buff. Upon casting their Ultimate, the buff is consumed to empower all allies’ damage output, with an additional damage boost for Robin himself/herself.
- Limited 5-star: This Light Cone revolves around marking enemies and capitalizing on debuffs. The wearer inflicts a stackable “Mark” on a target before attacking, increasing the target’s damage taken. Additionally, defeating a debuffed enemy grants the wearer some Energy regeneration.
- Limited 5-star: This Light Cone seems tailor-made for characters who excel at follow-up attacks. The damage dealt by these attacks scales with the wearer’s ATK surpassing a certain threshold. Additionally, upon entering battle or using a Basic ATK, the wearer’s Ultimate and follow-up attacks gain a temporary DEF-ignoring effect.
- Simulated Universe Shop 5-star: This Light Cone prioritizes boosting Critical DMG for both Ultimates and follow-up attacks. It might also offer an ATK increase (potentially changing to Critical Rate) after hitting enemies in a weakened state.
- Event Reward 4-star: This readily obtainable Light Cone offers a straightforward ATK buff after using the wearer’s Ultimate.
While there’s no confirmed release date for these exciting new items, speculation points towards them arriving in Version 2.2. This update is also rumored to introduce Robin as a new playable character, making the Robin-centric Light Cone even more enticing.
