Within the game
- Enter the game.
- Open the phone’s menu.
- Hit the three dots right next to your character portrait.
- Choose Code Redemption.
- Enter your Promo Code.
- Check your in-game mailbox for your rewards.
Via the website
- Go to the Honkai: Star Rail code redemption website.
- Then, choose your Server Region and log in.
- Enter the code
- You can now obtain the items by using the in-game mailbox.
