While not as effective as other weapons, with the best loadout, the RPK can still be a viable option in Warzone 2.0 Season 2 Reloaded.
Warzone 2.0 Guide – Best RPK loadout in Season 2 Reloaded
In the early days of Warzone 2, the RPK was the game’s meta primary rifle and the weapon of choice for every player. Even after the nerfs implemented in the most recent season, the gun is still a good choice for long-range combat in Season 2 Reloaded.
The RPK, like the other light machine guns in the game, provides many of the advantages of assault rifles and, by default, a much larger ammo capacity. Since there are now more attachment slots available, we can create the optimal loadout for Warzone 2: Season 2 Reloaded.
We want to focus on the control of this LMG as well as the bullet velocity so that we can easily rip through enemy players at nearly any distance. This loadout is no longer superior to the Sakin MG38 variant, but you’ll still be able to put up numbers. All necessary attachments can be found below.
- Muzzle: ZLR Talon 5
- Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
- Laser: FSS OLE-V Laser
- Ammunition: 7.62 High Velocity
- Optic: Aim OP-V4
The ZLR Talon 5 muzzle and the FTAC Ripper 56 underbarrel will be our primary additions for recoil stability and control. However, the Talon’s bullet velocity and damage range are what we want. Adding the 7.62 High Velocity ammo increases those stats even more.
FSS OLE-V Laser and Aim OP-V4 optic are the last two pieces to complete our loadout, with the former adding stability as well as mobility to the weapon, and the latter rounding out the loadout for improved accuracy anywhere on the map.
